The muscular imbalances and joint impairments can lead to injury and pain. Sometimes a chronic pain may come from imbalances in muscles and joints. Every compound exercises needs lots of coordination and control, corrective exercises can help to correct your imbalances, impairments to improve your pain or can save you from a potential injury in the training. With corrective exercise you can improve your squat, deadlift, bench press etc. we follow FMS and other test to find out the problematic are and cause of the problem and then address it with resistance band, kettlebell, TRX, balance props and yoga exercises.
